| I think that this song speaks to the existential angst of a young man trying his best to fit into the current times. The "in the butt" imagery being largely a metaphor for the world's insistence of "being up one's ass", his struggle in the song is to reconcile the fact that the world's winners are those who welcome and are able to leverage the world being up their ass. His desire to re-create himself in the mode of a "butt giver" while slyly hinting that this gives him power to be a "butt receiver" makes all the difference. I applaud his metamorphosis and look forward to seeing his continuing evolution as someone who continues to ask the poignant question ""You wanna do it in my butt, in my butt? | |
