The Weeknd – The Hills Lyrics 9 years ago
He's talking about doing a drug deal in the beginning. "Keep our business on the low low" Cocaine has been commonly referred to "White Girl".

He's talking about cocaine like it's his relationship. Half past five, anytime, really--he's using.

I feel like he's sort of arguing with himself and his drug dependence. It's as though he wants control over it, but he ultimately has none whatsoever. "When I'm f***** up, that's the real me"--the only time he feels good is when he's high.

He's become completely tolerant of it, "Starting to feel like decaf". If you watch the legitimate official music video, it shows a car wreck in the background that he just walked from: his life is a wreck from this drug, and the chick screaming next to him is the drug's constant nagging to give him his next high (withdrawal).

Toward the end of the video--he visits his sadistic looking drug dealer for more. Cycle repeats.

This song is interesting to me and incredibly sad. How lonely he must be.
