| Morrissey – Michael's Bones Lyrics | 7 years ago |

I always imagine it to be about a young lad who has suffered some sporting injury or injury at play (impetuous fun) Just the unfortunate death of a boy who hasn’t even starting his life . (His unkissed lips are blue) which I think suggests he’s before the age of sexual maturity. I do think some of the lyrics fit in with the Hungerford massacre. And as always the last few lines stump us again , pointing towards suicide and the brave act he has performed , viewed in a noble way by Morrissey Summery - I don’t have a clue what it’s really about but these questions keep me playing Morrissey year after year . |
