In my opinion this is about a woman taking herself to seriously, trying her best to escape the rain, or "pain" in other words. But as everyone else its unavoidable. It´s about a woman who´s really strong when she´s normal but "like a girl" when in pain. The line "Nobody has to guess that baby can´t be blessed till´ she finally sees that she´s like all the rest" explains this person really well. The only way she can escape the pain, or "get blessed" is to understand that pain is something everyone goes through. |
