| i think that this song is about a relationship but its not the main topic, the guy seems to have a bad past that makes him revive some memories and have horrible dreams, he lost himself after that incident .The girl doesn't know what to do to make him feel better but she knows exactly what he is going through without communicating with him, just by laying in the dark in silence. The couple is pressured by society they feel something bad is coming for them so they are looking for an escape from this cruel world, run away together. The expression 'run' might be literal or figurative, however what we are sure about is that they will leave their lives hanging in their past and build new ones or maybe not, they are running away from something , they dont know where they are going but they feel the flames coming their way its for you to imagine how they will RUN... | |
