This is my favorite GNR song. Lyrics are just plain savage, and the bass line sounds menacing. If I had a theme song, it'd be this.

Guns N' Roses – Sympathy for the Devil (Rolling Stones cover) Lyrics	8 years ago
Axl plays a much better devil than Mick Jagger did for me. Axl has more of a raw evil sound to his voice in this song, while Jagger had a more sophisticated sound. Both versions have their own merits, but I think one's preference on if the devil is chaotically evil like the Joker or masterminding evil like Lex Luthor determines which version is better in your own mind.

This isn't as much of a song as it is a piece of art. There's so much going on: constant moaning, Axl's clearly insane/shroom fueled lyrics... I enjoy listening to it just to get a better feel for how Axl's brain works.
