I just cannot believe that I'm the only one so far to comment on such a fantastically wonderful song! With that being said, I use the line, "You are a broken heart tattoo, I'll have forever on my chest, For a love that I have lost, But never will forget." on a regular basis. It's just so amazing! The symbolism here is outstanding. The tattoo will be forever on his chest, but it's just any tattoo it's a broken heart tattoo that maybe the character got after breaking it off...? But the thing is that it represents the next line, of for a love that I have lost (broken heart) but never will forget (tattoo). I don't know maybe I'm just being WAAAY to over the top in love with these couple of lines. |

| I put this song on a mix cd for the girl I'm interested in (why else would you make a mix cd?) and now I use Brian's opening lines as a conversation starter when it's raining here and not there. It always opens the door for much more conversation. :) | |

I just want to say that I really like the part how he sings, "I'm gonna have to learn, that this love will never be convenient. It's not like a movie when we kiss, There'll never be music when kiss." A friend of mine is having girlfriend issues where she wants to break up because they live different lives and it's hard for them. I showed this part of the song just to remind him that love is NEVER convenient. But it has its moments... |
