I think this song is written from earth's perspective. Like a mothers weep to her addicted child. It is about how people in capitalism are dead inside and live greedy and like automats, not thinking enough, they stuff themselves and kill the earth. |

Since the whole album comes with byblical allegory i think it has a deeper message. Let me mention the song debaser and reference to the movie un chien andalou . the opening scene from that movie is sliting an eyeball. I think it means opening our eyes. Let me come back to the song hey. There is a reference about the card The Devil from tarot. It means self imposed slavery. So i think it is about problem of meaning of love in our civilisation, about monogamy and what is actually real. Surrealism is all about looking to the problem from a subconscious level, from the world of ideas, where we can find real truth. I can't express myself comoletely, my english is not perfect as you can see. I would appreciate your response. |

i actually think it's about a relationship where dominant person is abusing others person vulnerability and hitting her where it hurts the most all the time and that is why she is calling him weak because he is incapable of having a normal relationship, but she loves it in a way, that is why she is presenting it in a sexual way. excuse my English , it's my second language. |
