I felt very attached to these lyrics. My dad never says he loves me or listens to me so whenever I would play this song it would make me emotional as sometimes I just want to say to my dad 'give me a little love, I never had enough'. Then I realised, I wasn't the one who wasn't getting enough love. it was my dad. My dad was the one who didn't get enough love from his parents therefore he doesn't understand how much it means to me when he does say he loves me. From that day on, I have given my dad all the love he deserves. |
