He touches on damaging his relationships with his family, putting his mom through hell, damaging his body, being suicidal etc. he straight up says that he'd rather get high than watching it kill his family. It's written as if he's speaking to someone else but I think the song title makes it fairly clear that he's speaking to himself. | |
