@[biology:8070] I think there is more to it than that. The light-heartedness of music and the ways he sings adds something to the song. he is discussing an angry topic but in a fun and carefree way. Plus the lyric "don't think it's ever gonna change me" part makes me think it's about empowerment and standing up for yourself within a bad relationship. The songs light tone makes me think it is more about the freedom you get when you realize someone else's opinion of your or words don't have to change who you are. Like realizing that I can be myself no matter what you think of me is empowering and frees me! |
