This song actually seems to be about abuse. (At least to me) Especially in the line, "Wash away all the things you've taken". It seems to me that the narrator is speaking about how much their abuser has damaged them, and the narrator trying to get over it. This song including the video gives off a very strong sense of domestic violence. But I guess that's just how I see it. |
