Seems like it's more of a suicide note. He's saying "fuck it, nothing I do makes anyone happy. You pressure me. No one understands me or my life." "Just go away and let me hang" "My life's exhausted" "Pressure Constricting, so hard, like a stone, fight hard, break bones break." Nobody one understands how hard his life is, and they continue to expect more and more from him. And they tell him he's crazy for wanting to kill himself, thus the lyrics "My world, my rules, my noose" Just my opinion. |

I think it's referencing his divorce, as well as the fact that it seems like no one can help him, or seems to care that he's in pain. And the culmination of those things are making him suicidal. |
