you know one thing that strikes me that you have all failed to mention is the tone of the song. it seems to me that he is on vacation or something in mexico or some third world country. since when do we hang people in the United States? doesn't say anything about a trial, due process, illegal search and seizure... I mean i don't want to take the lyrics too seriously, but I think people are interpreting it as a negative generalization of American law enforcement. it is a great song, but if you feel that way you should listen to NWA.
