@[lduke88:35474] yes, I believe you're correct that it is a reference to the singer's drug use. The phrase "hands of doom" comes up in another Black Sabbath song, Sabbath, Bloody Sabbath, in addition to "Hand of Doom' and "Back Street Kids." |

The "Rock 'n Roll Doctor" is his drug dealer, in my interpretation. "He gonna blow me away," is a reference to coke. (Blow = coke). "Sick and tired of hearing 'bout the world and its hang-ups" is the malady and his "Rock 'n Roll Doctor" provides the cure. |

There is a lover she does not quite fit with, but she keeps running back to that person because of feelings, although her judgment tells her she should not. Her feelings and her judgment compete with each other, leaving her in constant conflict with herself. he wishes either the feelings or the judgment would go away. |

@[JasmineBird:34953] the song is about longing for what your neighbors have. There is an old saying, "The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence." This song ridicules the concept of neighbor envy. |

It seems to me that the song is an account of the cycle of falling in love, becoming infatuated with the girl, and then falling out of love. To me, I hear Ozzy singing at the end of the song, "She don't want me no more. I say, she don't want me no more. I say no more!" |
