I honestly perceive it as the "fever" is his significant other... He's begging throughout the song then towards the end he tells himself "you know not to leave her.. fever" therefore no matter how much pain and agony he's going through he wont leave her, making "her" the "fever" |

I think its about the death of Chi and how hes being reborn Smile you're born again not so much reborn but Chi will always be a memory to them thus being reborn in terms of never being forgotten |
