I thought it was very clear in its meaning. Heroin addiction. She wakes every morning hoping today she will stop. If the day was only shorter she might make it back to sleep without a fix. She just can't go that long :( then she's gone.. somethings gone inside her and she can't get it back...obvious enough... She's losing her friends to it. In one part it's like the drug saying to her..are you going to leave me or give me one more "TRY" again. Or it could just be her singing to her fella. To me she's singing about the hopelessness of heroin addiction. |
