yea, my first impression of the song was that he was singin about smokin weed. .....Whoa, amber is the color of your energy whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally...... i think this is when the weed is burning and the glow of it in the bowl is amber colored....the shades are displayed natrally cuz weed is naturally from the earth ...you ought to know what brings me here you glide through my head blind to fear... it brings him here to make him feel good and clouds up his head of all the bad thougts and makes him relax...hey, thats just my opinion. |

this song has my all time favorite DMB lyrics...this: "Don't lose the dreams inside your head,They'll only be there 'til you're dead, Dream", is what i base my whole life on..my dreams...without dreams, you have no hope, and without hope, what is life?? and when i've looked at stars, i've always wondered if theres someone staring back down at me from up there...also, when i was little and my mom was drving the car at nite, i would always say, "hey mom, why is the moon following the car?" these lyrics really touch me deep down. what else can i say, if these lyrics don't touch you, i don't know what does?! |

I have no lid upon my head But if I did You could look inside and see what's on my mind that lyric has to be one of the most awesome lyrics i have ever heard. just the visual picture of someone opening up your head and seeing your thoughts is so deep and i am in awe that someone could ever think that up....dave is such a genius |
