It is about anal sex between two men. "Get up boy". Any attempt to make it a woman is because of bias. Just like Undertow describes feelings specific to heroin, this song describes the feelings brought up by same-gender sex. It is a spiritually overwhelming experience exactly as described. |

This song is about one thing only: heroin. Any similarities to other experiences is because in both cases it is a HUMAN having them. And him shouting at the top of his lungs "euphoria". Not one alternate explanation addressed that. |
