Personally i think this song is about death. Its about a couple in a long lasting relation and he is going to die for what ever reason. second i think, there is a reference to not 1 but 2 persons in this song, There is the Wife/girlfriend who he is afraid to leave and who he is thanking and then there his mother his first save haven who he is about to meet again |
