Could you possibly mean Taylor, Andrew? Because as of now, there is no comma there. Who uses first names only in sources anyway?

"This Corrosion" is a song from the album Floodland by The Sisters of Mercy. It was released as a single in 1987 reaching number 7 in the UK Charts.

The song was written by Andrew Eldritch, and produced by Jim Steinman. It is generally recognized as one of the band's most well-known songs, using a 40-piece choir, with the LP version of the song lasting for nearly 11 minutes (the single versions are substantially shorter). Eldritch's lyrics concern his previous band members leaving The Sisters of Mercy to form The Mission." wiki

Why does this say it was written by Andrew Taylor? This Corrosion was written by Andrew Eldritch of the Sisters of Mercy in 1987. Not by Andrew Taylor. WYF is wrong with people?

Godhead – This Corrosion Lyrics 10 years ago
By the way, this song was written by Andrew Eldritch and originally performed by the Sisters of Mercy in 1987, not by Godhead. I just noticed this mistake that said it was written by Godhead and submitted a request for correction.

It appears to be corrected now. :)

Any thoughts on the meaning of these lines?
"Why the blood run hold
The hired hand"

~ ~ ~
For years I thought is was:
"I don't need know one to understand
Why the blood run bold in the higher hand."
