Oilywagg it reminded me of Joyce too. It also reminds me of the type of middle English used in Canterbury tales. Also interesting that Wyatt was prominent in the Canterbury music scene. I know Joyce liked Chaucer a lot and was clearly influenced by him. |

This is pretty clearly about Josef Mengele. The angel of death is a nickname given to him. I love this song, but I don't like to listen to it loudly in public because the lyrics can easily be misenterpreted if you only hear small fragments of it. |
