| I think this song is very deep but at the same time is very straight forward in its meaning. I think it is about two people who are in love but become "lost" in trying to figure out their feelings. so because of this they drift apart "towards that place" a place where they both realize they can't be together. but the guy realizes he still wants her in his life after she's left him by saying, "Polly, I need you now that your gone". | |
