| Ben Howard – Conrad Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| I personally think that when he reference to the boat that bridged he means that the one he was in a relationship with had the choice to make it good or make it bad. He would go with her either way. Yet the both new that it would never work out between them."We will never be the change To the weather and the sea and you knew that" Even when he knows it doesn't any good to let it depend on the other they have to many memories to just let it go " And it all goes back" | |

@[LaurissaMarie:4967] Oh wow! This is exactly what I thought. And well, I felt it the first time I heard the song. His second album is so intents, it freaked my out cause everything he sings is so true. While his first album "every kingdom" is a bit more lightweight, unless you really listen to the lyrics. I forget where we were: " What the hell is going on" Every kingdom: " It was hard, maybe it'll get better." |

| Ben Howard – Depth Over Distance Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| I personally think that with "depth over distance" He means that you need to take risks. You can have an relationship and keep distance for each other. Like friends with benefits, it doesn't hurt you so much yet it isn't as good as a relationship with depth. Depth over Distance was all I asked for you, and I may be foolish to fall as I do. Because when you give depth you have the change to get hurt, to fall. | |
