I have some lyric corrections on this one. 1st verse: I don't waste my time with daydreams I'm living my nightmare Every semblance of hope in this life surrenders to despair ...etc 2nd verse: The world has got a dark side Everyday it turns But the sun only shines on occasion And when it does it burns I am not enlightened Everybody learns ... (To the chorus) The lyrics in the cd booklet have different lines for the last two of verse two but it's pretty obvious he sings the lines about not enlightened in the recording. Also, as far as I remember, they don't usually do a lot of slant rhymes so I'm pretty sure my corrections are right. |
