The song gets me to think about myself. I'm a hopeless romantic, I'm falling in love with people, or starts to like people every day. And how I crave for love so bad, because nobody loves me, but if somebody loved me I couldn't get enough. When I was younger, I "wore my heart on my sleeve", I was so naive, and it hurt me so much when I did that. For me this song is kind of a story about a girl who is naive (as me). She explains how she loves love and that she wants it so bad, that she is having her heart open. She has gotten so hurt by doing this, but she keep going on, because she is naive. So she is a new relationship, and here she just falls in love with her heart open of love, and how she get hurt again. But she is so "drunk on love" because that's all that she need. its just an opinion :) |
