| The Who – Danny and My Ponies Lyrics | 3 years ago |

Wrong wrong wrong. The last line, for starters should be: “It’s dangerous to patronize those who live rough Danny was a giant, solid and tough He allowed me to gift me and scribble this song Without me and my ponies he’d live just as long” This wrong lyrics above have somehow uniquely sterilized the social commentary pieces in the lyrics of song, a la Thatcher. |

| The Byrds – I Come and Stand at Every Door Lyrics | 3 years ago |

Incredibly literal, tragically sad. An unspeakable act whose moral indefensibility is appropriately captured in these lyrics. “All that I ask is that for peace..you fight today, you fight today…so that the children of this world may live and grow and laugh and play.”’ |

| Rod Stewart – You Wear It Well Lyrics | 5 years ago |

One thing no one’s pointed out is that the song lyrics are his thought process as he ponders what he wants to write in the letter...but it’s unclear that the ever sends it, as he gets called back to work, and doesn’t even know if she still lives at her old address. And yet, the letter doesn’t even matter, because the song IS the letter! Genius. |
