| True this is about letting one's guard down and allowing God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit in your life. However it touched my heart in another way. I once was an Agnostic until the Holy Spirit touched me at the Orthodox Church. I prayed for a special love, wanting a lady in my life. However God, brought me a special love that I lost 20 years ago when my father died. The love I have for my priest is the love a son has for his father, yet he is younger than me. For me this song really touched my heart I had tears in my eyes. This song could be about somebody who feels lost or invisible in life. He has no friends and is hitting rock bottom. Yet although he has lost almost all hope God reveals himself in a way that he is so emotionally moved he weeps. Then he realizes that even though he has no one, God has touched his heart in a way that he starts to pray and knows that God loves him no matter what. This happened to me when I was looking into religion wondering if there is a God. Then one day at an Orthodox Church during the liturgy my heart was touched from out of nowhere I cried throughout the entire service. I felt as if an unknown force took some of the emotional pain in my heart I felt true inner peace! This was the gift of tears I received from the Holy Spirit. That day God revealed himself to me! |
