First, I actually think he says 'And I will give them up to you this time around'. This is the first place I have seen 'won't'. But that's just how I here it. I feel this son is strongly about confession. He saying there is a void in his soul, and though darkness is a harsh term, it is, in fact, everything he sees. Someone is bringing him back to church, and he goes to confession. This time around, he will give God his desires, not desiring sin selfishly. |
