| I believe the song has many vampiric references. Vampires are undead, and "necromancy" is about bringing the dead to life. He mentions his darkened eyes and the taste of blood, both symptoms of vampirism. Also "the passion, the bodies, sucks you in" could refer to the passion and desire to consume the blood of others. And "sucks you in" could actually be a pun. And the "goblin" child is clearly a reference to the elder vampire, or the one who turned him into a vampire. | |
