| Jethro Tull – Cold Wind To Valhalla Lyrics | 8 years ago |

the song is one of the best ever by a Scottish band , however we shouldn't emphasize much of the meaning of each sentence, Ian Anderson is a joker, so the song doesn't mourn the lack of heroes, it was just a passing by sentence, what It is; is a hallucination of a beauty |

In this particular song, the meaning is so mediocre in comparison with the tunes, The song is one of the 10 best songs ever in terms of profoundness |

apart from the dreamy world of the lyrics, the possibility of ultimate clarity if you open your eyes with a child's eyes and when you be able to, then u 'll see the unity of all conscious, a one big spirit who comprises all humans, thinking they really exist by themselves, in a clarity moment they are all one entity apart from that, this song could be the best of human outcomes ever, in terms of profoundness and beauty of the tones |

This song and also " sea of smiling ladies" are two of the most intellectual songs ever, the scenes brought by the lyrics are blurry and wide just as the tunes are but the tunes are probably among the most ten profound songs ever |

I first heard this by accident by a nobody band called "closer" on a vinyl record in 1986, I thought that was the bands' name, after 2 min the word metaphysical jumped to my mind, I analyzed that latter... these lyrics are a mixture of thoughts and hallucinations about the writer's thoughts of past people , past times , and a vision of a peek over this past from a possible future, sitting at their tables, a ghostly scene, scattering flowers, a funeral scene talking around tables, a blurry memory picture, warm but futile watching them pass..etc. all others are bodies, maybe without souls, from where the poet is looking , no communication, hence isolation, an existence without inter-creatures' communication is ultimate absurdity "My view stretches out from the fence to the wall" maybe that is the step that leads to the eternal horror, no human brain could have taken such pressure, the ending was inevitable, metaphysical is the act of trying to reach to what is meta-physical, a human's mind could endure a peek beyond if it only express it in words, but a try to peek beyond existence with such a medium as musical tones is probably beyond human capacity, one of maybe 10 of the most transcendental songs ever |

One of the greatest songs ever The words?, well... not to transcendental, but floating along with the tunes, Maybe one of the most transcendental tunes of a song ever by a rock band. |
