@[jalkazar:1913] read this: I couldn’t overthrow it you felt so faint, I so hard your sorrow like rapture, it fit it brought me to life. I felt so beautiful, you so marred like I've needed ruin all my life. I took pleasure, assailing you over and again your blood intoxicant as I drank you dry you had me still. you kept coming by for more blisters to my hands you disappeared, and how did you know? I'm not your bastion but damnation and weir I was seared our secret was woeful our union jinxed I haven’t seen you in so long, I'd kill to see you lose again would you let me infest? If you taste the same if your deign would yeild. think it means anything? |

| Takida – Curly Sue Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| Starkly obvious ;p Robban's wife is called Sue, her hair is curly blond. sure she was flattered by this :) wouldn't have guessed he was in need to be "brought back to life" though, maybe he once was a mess and came right; would explain why he (if he's the lyric writer) is so well versed in the basic human nature and the toll evil takes on us as hosts. | |

| Takida – Evil Eye Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| Its about all our universal demonic tendencies that exist to destroy and devastate us. THis is the counterpoint, where the human finally wakes and rises to resist the "evil eye." loove the message and the purpose, keep it up! :) | |

lol learned this point the hard way,, guess I didn't listen close enough the summer I got it on my iPod :( It simply warning of the remorse and lostness you dIVE into when you don't guard yourself from your own sexual impulses, always alwAYS. Knowing it was dead wrong, I thought it'll be easy to deal with after I know what its like and I'm gratified. -besides I wont go all the way, it can't be that wrong... for the rest of the summer I felt watered down, diluted, stained, cheap, I couldn't shut it in by fall and I told someone, apologized to the guy In hopes that he would confront himself and make it right. I lost 14 lbs, the winter was daunting and terrifying and I felt weak but better (listening to Takida for hours helped:) The following Summer sun, congenial, bright, benign, soothed me and I pretty much got “back in wack”, but dear, ANYONE whos reading this, no-strings attached sex aint worth it. Listen to the Takida songs Score and No Reason Why, they teach the same thing. |

when I first heard this I thought its so-oooo uncharacteristic of Takida, the lyrics are rather mispronounced and sounded egotistical,, "magic grows in your eyes" sounded like madness,, um, oK , demonic :( !! When U get 2 know what they say its quite literal.; THey're offering themselves as a Sancuary, their message a councile and reference point. THink its veRY admirable that a pop rock band presents themselves as "We're not just an other showdown" -which I know is true :D their not just noise to block out thoughts, if you will, their lyrics are immensly thought provoking and wonder-sparking. |
