| @[nn1000:1652] While this was posted oh 8 years ago, I think you are 90% on the dot. While it is about our wants and not necessarily needs, it also describes our self worth and how we maybe don't necessarily allow ourselves to do these great things. It can be seen as a pessimistic song, sure, I think it's very optimistic, maybe it's right in between but closer to optimistic. The line "you'll go to hell for your dirty mind" to me says: stop beating yourself up and do it! But I may be an ultra optimist and want to see this song as positive as possible. Sung so beautifully. | |
