Blindside is a christian band. I think this song is talking about the world pushing it's ways down your throat, saying this is the way it's supposed to be so swallow it down and get over it. And it seems to me in the later verses he is saying that people slowly are figuring out the water isn't quenching their thirst but leaving them dry because it's dirty. |
