This is about suicide.
With the lines about selling her thoughts. That's what hit me the most. "They're worth so much more after I'm a goner. Funny how when you're dead how people start listening." That just screams suicide. Most people I've seen say it's about murder but those lines are what made me think differently. |

To me, this song is not about drugs. So many people try to tell me that it's about getting high but I think it's about growing up and how people may leave you. (With the 'Dragon's live forever but no so little boy.) To me, that says that not everyone will stay with you forever. I've lost so many friends in the past that this song is the theme for me when I get new ones. I've learnt that no one stays forever, and they get out with the old and in with the new. I hope this makes sense... |
