@[lordhazil:995] My perspective at this song connects visions told there and mine also - its about a leader of revolution. Everyone who watched "V for Vendetta" know what I mean :) First verse shows up its determination like "No more ifs, no bias, no ambiguity" .Its of course about aronist , but also arsonist of human hearts , which shows whole rainbow of truth - "clarity to brightly shining". It combusts to lynch-like justice , thus despite of good intentions its "shining in its evil splendor" , because what else justice is if not evil for good confronted against evil for evil? And one more impornant quote from movie:"Artists use lies to tell the truth, while politicians use them to cover the truth up". As you read in last verse it can be interpreted in two ways - 1st: By enemies of revolution seeing that its followers "weaved up" into leader's vision to change the world. 2nd: Despite of fact that followers are decieved - they doing right thing , they follow the lie that is better than truth , its lie shaped by artist! "No wondering whether this is it" because WE shape ourselves. Sounds legit? I don't need your acceptance , madmans don't needs acceptance ;) |
