All the questions have to do with after she is gone, she is asking questions about her life and facing her demons before she goes. She is scared and shaking. |

I think in general songs can have different meanings for different people (even despite the songwriters intentions). However, originally the songwriters of the song have made it clear this is about homosexuality (go to their official music video). Aren't the lyrics: "I'll tell you my sins and you can sharpen your knife " wrong? I hear "I'll tell you my sins so you can sharpen your knife." |
