| I kinda think this song is the author's intake on the poem "Annabel Lee" by Edgar Allan Poe. In the lyrics, it mentions Annabel, and how she's gone. It also talks about an icy corpse. In the poem Annabel Lee (if you bothered to look it up), the narrator claims that a wind came out, chilling and killing Annabel Lee. I'm guessing that this song is about what the author(s) thought happened to Annabel and the narrator in the poem. (: | |
