| its about the "state of the union" that the president of the US gives (i think every 2 years... not really sure). Ive heard a "live from brighton" CD where he says it. I guess its just his thoughts on the whole thing. pretty much a ego booster for the president really. such a beautiful song, sung with such a beautiful voice. | |
