I think it's about the death of a child or teenager. Not sure if suicide or not, might be. It's hauntingly beautiful. |

| Morrissey – I Don't Mind If You Forget Me Lyrics

I would say this one is about people "letting go" of The Smiths, in a way. Like, when they had just broke up, if you heard anyone mention Morrissey you would go "Oh, the guy from The Smiths?". But today, after so many wonderful solo albums people don't see him as 'the guy from The Smiths' anymore, but as Morrissey. |

| Morrissey – Let Me Kiss You Lyrics

Beautiful, but sad song. I think it about how much Morrissey despise himself and he thinks that the only way for him to get a kiss or affection is if the person imagine him as someone else, which is totally not true! I'll think about Moz when kissing others, hah! I'm not even joking! |

| Morrissey – The Youngest Was The Most Loved Lyrics

I think about this as either one specific person or a whole generation that has been 'shielded from the worlds glare' for so long, so when he/she or they/we finally realise how horrible this world really is, go mad etc. Amazing song! |

For me this song is about how you give up on humans after being let down or stabbed in the back too many times, when you realize that you are better off alone than surronded with people that surrely will hurt you in the end! Amazing song once again by Moz! |

| Morrissey – All You Need Is Me Lyrics

I think this song is about social medias constant critic against him, or maybe just any celebrity in general.
"There's so much destruction All over the world And all you can do is complain about me" - There is so much things going on in the world that is so important, topics we should focus on, but instead social media just keep writing about pointless subjects like celebrities etc. |

| Morrissey – I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris Lyrics
| 11 years ago

I don't have many friends/relationship, and I tend to say that I have fallen in love with songs or a special place. Like when I was in Rome, I felt a very pleasent feeling by Fontana Di Trevi, and I thought about it like I was in love with that place.
So maybe, like me, it's just his way to express his love for a special place, and that it's easier to accept the love you feel for the place - 'only stone and steel accept my love' ? |

| Morrissey – Something Is Squeezing My Skull Lyrics

I relate to this song and I think it's about depression. People will always tell us to "just snap out of it" or other stupid, unnecessary comments. In the end you don't even bother trying to explain it, so you just tell them "I'm doing very well". Depression is something that is constantly on your mind, bothering you and like he says - 'squeezing your skull'. I think this is such a great song and I LOVE the attitude it has! |

Another amazing song by Moz. Obviously about that happiness is what is most important and that money/sucsess isn't everything in life. Do what makes you happy and f*ck the rest! |

| Morrissey – Shame Is The Name Lyrics

I think that this is about how us teenagers find life pretty much pointless. Todays society makes us feel shame and see no reason to think about a better future since it feels hopeless and that politicans won't listen to us.
"What's your dreams, your goals
Ambitions and aims?
She laughed and said
Shame is the name" |

| Morrissey – The Never Played Symphonies Lyrics

I for one think that the song is about us fans and our relationship to Morrissey.
"You were one
You were meant to be one,
And you jumped into my face
And laughed and kissed me on the cheek
And then were gone, forever...not quite "
For all of us who has ever get to met or see Morrissey, and that has looked up to him for years. I think it's about that we are always with him and that he is always with us, not matter what. This song is so beautiful - both the lyric and melody! |
