The Clash – Spanish Bombs Lyrics 11 years ago
The word is "ventana" (meaning "window" in Spanish), not "vendanna" . The chorus in this song is actually, "Yo te quero, infinito, yo te quero, oh mi corazon" (I want you forever, I want you, oh my heart). Strummer is not a Spanish speaker, so his pronunciations cause some confusion ("q" is usually pronounced in Spanish as a "k" and the second use of "quero" sounds like "quera"). It's difficult to tell whether he is saying "y finito" (and finitely) or "infinito" (infinitely). But the latter makes much more sense.
