It is about how the government, media and public education purposefully limit what people know and how they think. Dumb people are easier to control. Rights are constantly being taken from us. "Freedom of choice is made for you, my friend.." always reminds me of assisted suicide and womens' reproductive rights; how people's right to die and women's freedom to control their own body are being denied. |

It is about how money is more powerful than law. One can get away with any crime if they have the necessary funds. This album reminds me of Pink Floyd's Animals in that every song is pissed at the greed and hypocrisy in western (Capitalist society) |

I'm not convinced that Burke Shelly isn't Geddy Lee's long lost older brother. I have to say he's a better singer than Geddy though. |
