"The temple of the sun" is referring to how: In pagan religions, they worship the sun. And the winter solstice, December 25th, is when the days begin to get longer, and the sun (the saviour) begins to "win the battle" against night (the darkness). Now, jesus, is CERTAINLY not the only messiah with the same "milestone characteristics" For example, the Egyptian god "Horus" and the roman god "Attis" were both born on December 25 by immaculate conception, performed miracles such as healing the sick, and walking on water, were crucified and buried for three days, and resurrected. The cross with a fixed circle is not a symbol of Christianity, but an old pagan symbol used in the zodiac. The cross is the Centre of the zodiac chart, and the circle represents the sun. So it's more accurate to say "temple of the son" the faceless is just using this line as a blanket term for organized religion. |
