Panic! at the Disco – Lying Is the Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off Lyrics 11 years ago
It's obviously in the point of view of a man who just got cheated on by his girlfriend. He's singing the song "to her" saying that he was a better fuck to her and all these things that he wants her to regret what she did.

"I hope to god he was worth it." Saying that her cheating has now ruined their relationship and trust and potentially ended the relationship. He hopes that the fuck was worth all the consequences.
And now, she's lost his love and the relationship all for that one sexual experience.

Tove Lo – Habits (Stay High) Lyrics 11 years ago
Here's my interpretation of the song
--

Uh-uh uh-uh uh-uh
I eat my dinner in my bathtub
Then I go to sex clubs
Watching freaky people getting it on
It doesn't make me nervous
If anything I'm restless
Yeah I've been around and I've seen it all

>>>>Pretty much this is all self explanatory, but when she says "I'm not nervous" she's basically staying that she is not phased by whatever freaky things they are doing. "I've been around," she's saying she's slept with many people and that she possibly has done almost anything sexually so the sex club, she's done it all.

I get home, I got the munchies
Binge on all my Twinkies

>>>> munchies either meaning drugs (a nickname for drugs) or actual munchies.
Throw up in the tub, then I go to sleep

>>>>> I'm thinking because she binged eaten or the drugs made her throw up.

And I drank up all my money
Tasted kind of lonely

>>>>> spent all her money on alcohol which she drinks, and she feels alone now without "HIM".

You're gone and I got to stay high
All the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
High all the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
Spend my days locked in a haze
Trying to forget you babe, I fall back down
Gotta stay high all my life to forget I'm missing you

>>> By doing drugs, she can finally forget him who broke her heart. The drugs make her relax and that's why she wants to stay high all the time, because when she isn't, she's constantly thinking about him.

Pick up daddies at the playground
How I spend my day time
Loosen up the frown, make them feel alive
I make it fast and greasy
I know my way too easy

>>>> she hooks up with dads she meets at parks. Maybe she likes being a home wrecker, because now she's not the only one miserable, now that she has messed up the marriage. Also, she says she loosens them up, makes them feel alive; She is giving them a sexual experience that they can relax and calm down. She knows her way too easy because as she said before, she's been around.

You're gone and I got to stay high
All the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
High all the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
Spend my days locked in a haze,
Tryin' to forget you babe, I fall back down
Got to stay high all my life to forget I'm missing you

>>>>> same as the other chorus

Staying in my play pretend
Where the fun ain't got no end

>>>>> she lives in an imaginary world because her reality is lonely and awful.

Oh, can't go home alone again
Need someone to numb the pain

>>>>> she doesn't want to go home where she feels alone. Instead, she sleeps with any willing man because that's the only experience where she feels not as lonely and sex can be seen as a temporary drug that eliminates pain for a couple minutes. Also, sex might make her feel a bit loved and worth something.

Oh, staying in my play pretend
Where the fun ain't got no end
Oh oh can't go home alone again
Need someone to numb the pain

You're gone and I got to stay high
All the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
High all the time to keep you off my mind, ooh ooh
Spend my days locked in a haze
Tryin' to forget you babe, I fall back down
Got to stay high all my life to forget I'm missing you

That's how I interpreted it! :)

Overall, a song about a girl who had her heart broken and now goes around sleeping with men, drinking and doing drugs; anything that could help her temporary not feel the pain of a broken heart or loneliness.
