IMO This song is about Kurt Cobain's suicide. The song is called "Sandblasted Skin" (Past tense) it was released in 1996, two years after Kurt's death. "The trend is over and it's gone forever" Grunge "You won't need that anymore!" Making fun of the head shot Kurt suffered... "It's on sale at the fucking dollar store...." Used copies of Nevermind? |
