I agree with crysticreme. The line "I'm saying things I never say" enforces that too. It's like they're never the type to become seriously into someone else, so they just don't understand why they're doing things they've never desired to do before. Love the idea of the song. |

I mean it's about drugs/alcohol, but I think it's more than that. Kind of just how he tried to fight loneliness through substance. Note that these lyrics are wrong - should be "I was looking for a lover, thought I'd find her in a bottle" |
