| Imagine Dragons – Gold Lyrics | 10 years ago |
| To me, this song relates to famous or rich people such as in the first verse. It states that being known and having benefits of having everything given to you is nice until you wish you had a relationship with someone true instead of someone who is fake and only likes you for your money. "Now you can't tell the false from the real." As in the fake people who wish to be your friend for your money not your true self. The man/woman who is wishing to feel again is struggling to find someone to love/feel for and begin something that is not materialized because they have became old and dull and they are wishing for something much more than money can buy, love. | |
| Rise Against – The Black Market Lyrics | 11 years ago |
| A breakup in a song is a typical kind of story behind many songs. For example taylor swift. Although, in this case Rise Against made this song a delight to listen to, and think about what the story is behind this song. It is about a breakup, because "emptiness is growing so old" he misses her and feels incomplete without her. So, he has suicidal thoughts, "colors used to wash right out" is the blood stained clothes that he has due to self harm. | |
| Rise Against – Methadone Lyrics | 11 years ago |

This song is about a relationship, lets get that clear. The stars refuse to shine because in romeo and Juliet the intro had "two star-crossed lovers" in which this relationship was never supposed to happen due to the fact that there are many problems between them. But the love they have is an addiction "love like a needle full of methadone" Methadone is a painkiller that someone can get addicted to. So what i am saying is that this song is about a relationship that he/she does not believe should be. and he believes that the relationship is unstable and is ready to be over. because they'd both be better on their own. |

| Twenty One Pilots – Guns For Hands Lyrics | 11 years ago |

The upbeat of this song confuses the listener to believe that this song is about being happy. Which in reality, the person/persons that this song is about may look happy on the outside but is really having internal issues and can snap at any moment "That you all have guns And you never put the safety on" the safety stops a gun from being fired. So it can be fired at any moment and no one would even have a slight thought of what is happening to them |
