how does the agony seem to let him go???? he says, God, let me go I'm blue and cold Black sky will burn Love, pull me down Hate, lift me up Just turn around There's nothing left theres nothing to speculate....the "agony" took his life, God let me go , im blue and cold, are not terms associated with life in any way shape or form....and its not about cancer or his grandpa...."anthem of angels" is one that is....but this song talks says things like "love pull me down" , "hate lift me up", "i have found the perfect end" .....none of those can be about terminal illness.......i think its about his alcoholism, and a time when it was at its worst in his life....the "agony" is his addiction |

| she cleary has the abortion , ( love the life you killed )..... she left him after she had it.... he keeps wanting to know how she feels and thoughts... ( would you whisper in my ear, the things you wanna feel, id give you anything to hear them coming )...she clearly wont and hasnt talked to him for awhile.....( do you wake up on your own and wonder where you are?) again, she left him, not only has she not talked to him, shes out sleeping around , waking up in random beds and using excessively drinking or using drugs , hence waking up in a state of confusion ( wonder where you are )....now all this being said , a "slide" is a slang term for a girl who has casual sex or who is known as a whore....i mean at one point, he says " why dont you slide ", then the next line is , " yeah im gonna let it slide" ...which to me, telling her, i know youve been sleeping around, it is what it is, yeah, im gonna let it slide ( in the case, using "slide" as, ill let it go, ill forgive it ) , which is why at the end of the song he says, "SLIDE into MY ROOM" ....and right before that he calls her out once again and says " slide between them sheets of all them beds you never knew"....further proving that he knows shes been out sleeping around , and thats what "slide" means.....come over to my room, lets have sex, make up, and run away....thats what it means...sorry if it ruins the song for you lol | |
