I think this song is about a guy who knows exactly what he is dong to manipulate the woman. He is using her. He doesn't ever say he is sorry but she has already forgiven him.....He sits back and waits until SHE SAYS sorry. He is saying he has no feelings and is full of shit but she doesn't even get it.
