This song is actually about how Matt was drinking alot, and scared that he was becoming an alcoholic. He was realizing that he wasn't happy without drugs or alcohol. He said he wanted to go back to the time where he was able to be happy without booze. He explains it in part 3 of Goddammit The Original Sin Alkaline trio documentary on youtube. Look it up. |
